A pleasant, spacious, comfortable, renovated detached house in the centre of the little village of Uzel, next to what was once the Punch biscuit factory and close to shops. Three lounge areas and a landscaped garden to relax in. Numerous footpaths 3km away. Fishing, pedalos and walks at Lac Bosméléac (8km), water sports centre at Lake Guerlédan (17km) and leisure pool complex at Loudéac (15km).

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans notre gîte. Malgré l’attention particulière que je porte sur le ménage, il se peut que quelques détails m'aient échappés. Je serais d’autant plus vigilante à l’avenir. Le jardin est généralement très apprécié des locataires, et nous veillons à son entretien. Avec la canicule de cette année, les tailles ont dû être reportées pour ne pas meurtrir la végétation. En espérant que vous gardez un bon souvenir de la semaine fédérale. Cordialement,

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines au gîte d'Uzel. Cette maison est très agréable. Au calme, nous avons profité du beau jardin. Tout y est. Le coin est sympathique, déplacements en voiture nécessaires pour les visites. Quelques achats possibles à vélo, nous avons apprécié aller faire quelques courses sans voiture.
