Description
On the border of Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine, 5 km from the town of Trmorel, this independent house completely renovated in 2019 welcomes you all year round in a relaxing environment. Well exposed south, you will enjoy the paved courtyard where everyone can indulge in the activity of their choice. If you wish, the owners can offer you, depending on their availability, a visit to their farm located 400 m away (suckler cows and raising pigs on red label straw). They will advise you on visits not to be missed: the forest of Brocéliande, the Church of Paimpont, the medieval city of Dinan and its very touristy edges of the Rance, Rennes 40 min away, the beaches of the Emerald Coast - Lancieux , St Jacut de la Mer at 65 km and St-Malo at 70 km.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fireplace (1st flame offered) fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 - slight drop of 5 cm from the hallway), bathroom (shower in the Italian), independent wc, storeroom with washing machine. Upstairs: large landing leading to 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed) (2 90x200 beds) (2 90x200 beds), shower room (shower and toilet). Large enclosed paved courtyard of 100 m² with enclosed land on the front and unfenced on the back. Garage.

Nous avons séjourné un week end dans ce gîte et plusieurs choses nous on interpellé. La maison n'était pas très propre à notre arrivé, il y avait des moutons sous le canapé. De plus il n'y avait même pas un petit savon à disposition pour se laver les mains ou autre,juste le stric nécessaire. Le chauffage n'était pas mis car le radiateur ne marchait pas, j'ai du voir le propriétaire pour savoir si il y avait une solution, Il y avait une odeur persistante d'égouts des qu'on ouvrait une pièce, ce qui était désagréable. Pas de produits menagers, ni d'essorage pour la serpillere. Les propriétaires sont tout de même gentils.
