Description
On the border of Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine, 5 km from the town of Trmorel, this independent house completely renovated in 2019 welcomes you all year round in a relaxing environment. Well exposed south, you will enjoy the paved courtyard where everyone can indulge in the activity of their choice. If you wish, the owners can offer you, depending on their availability, a visit to their farm located 400 m away (suckler cows and raising pigs on red label straw). They will advise you on visits not to be missed: the forest of Brocéliande, the Church of Paimpont, the medieval city of Dinan and its very touristy edges of the Rance, Rennes 40 min away, the beaches of the Emerald Coast - Lancieux , St Jacut de la Mer at 65 km and St-Malo at 70 km.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fireplace (1st flame offered) fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 - slight drop of 5 cm from the hallway), bathroom (shower in the Italian), independent wc, storeroom with washing machine. Upstairs: large landing leading to 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed) (2 90x200 beds) (2 90x200 beds), shower room (shower and toilet). Large enclosed paved courtyard of 100 m² with enclosed land on the front and unfenced on the back. Garage.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Un agréable séjour en cette période un peu tourmentée par la météo. Dans un cadre sympathique et spacieux, avec un accueil chaleureux et convivial qui invite à renouveler l'expérience. Ce Gîte est vraiment fonctionnel, même pour une grande famille. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et leur discrétion.

Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour au calme et au vert. Les enfants ont pu largement profité du jardin, de la table de ping-pong et du babyfoot. Les propriétaires ont été très attentionnés, un dysfonctionnement du lave-vaisselle a été résolu dans les 24 heures par une réparation maison de qualité, la batterie de casseroles en téflon (abîmé) a été remplacée dans les 12 heures, quoique nous n'ayons fait que mentionner le fait qu'il faudrait sans doute songer à les remplacer pour de prochains locataires. La visite de l'exploitation agricole et porcine s'est avérée très instructive et intéressante. Accueil chaleureux. Plusieurs livres et des jeux de société à disposition sur une étagère étaient les bienvenus. La pièce de vie est très agréable et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Les enfants ont déjà demandé à réserver l'an prochain!!! Merci à Daniel et Caroline pour leur gentillesse. Seul bémol: une odeur d'humidité persistante à l'étage, difficile à combattre, même en faisant couler beaucoup d'eau dans les canalisations (ce qui n'est pas idéal écologiquement...) Mais ça n'a pas tellement dérangé nos enfants qui dormaient à l'étage, nous aurions été davantage indisposés, nous, les parents.

nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce gîte spacieux et lumineux. L'accueil était sympathique et les propriétaires disponibles mais discret, environnement calme, bien-sûr au moment de la moisson il peut y avoir des engins qui passent et font leurs travail dans le secteur mais c'est normal c'est le charme de la campagne. La literie est parfaite. Seul bémol c'est un peu loin de tout mais nous le savions à l'avance. Je recommande avec plaisir.
