Enjoy the calm and tranquility of a house full of charm built in 2015 and located in the countryside of the Pays du Méné on a large unfenced 6 ha estate where deer are often seen. This cottage is the ideal starting point to enjoy the three Breton departments (Côtes d'Armor, Ille et Vilaine and Morbihan). Let yourself be enchanted by the Forest of Brocéliande and the abbey church of Paimpont just 27 km away, as well as Josselin and Moncontour, towns of character 33 km away. Gîte also located 40 minutes from Rennes, Saint Brieuc and the superb medieval town of Dinan on the banks of the Rance.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (the first with 2 single beds 90x190cm leading to the second: 1 double bed 160x200cm), a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower , separate toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: spacious living room consisting of a fitted and equipped kitchen open to living room with wood stove, separate toilet with hand basin. Accessible from the living room: terrace overlooking the entire garden. Another terrace with relaxation lounge below. Totally private pond of 1000m² (carp and bream) in the middle of the woods where anglers are welcome. Private parking with car/motorcycle shelter. Wastewater treatment system by filter planted with reeds and aquatic plants. Behind, 10 m away, there is another totally independent gite (22G431604) for 6 people. A good idea: with family or friends, everyone can have their own gîte and independence. Common ping-pong table.

Merci pour votre avis, nous ne parlons pas le hollandais mais nul doute que c est un avis très favorable merci encore bien que vous parliez très bien le français de l'avoir mis en hollandais, vos compatriotes trouveront chez nous une très bonne adresse pour visiter la Bretagne 'je ferai traduire votre avis par notre voisine qui a passé plus de vingt ans en Hollande et que vous avez rencontre pendant votre séjour À une prochaine fois sûrement quand vous reviendrez visiter votre famille , merci encore

Cadre magnifique, calme et frais. Etang charmant à deux pas du gîte, avec possibilité d'y pêcher. Nous avons passé une semaine de repos très agréable, exactement ce que nous cherchions. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et service excellent.
