Description
In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, the Ferme de l'Etang welcomes you comfortably all year round in its 3 gites. It is in the cottage Vue sur l'Etang that you stay with family or friends. You will enjoy its beautiful interior volumes and will enjoy lounging on the well-sheltered terrace while contemplating the superb body of water: a change of scenery guaranteed. But this well landscaped property has other advantages: a petanque court, a swing and a children's house for the pleasure of young and old! you can even admire the owner's horses as well as her dwarf goats parked in a nearby enclosure... Fancy the coast? the Coast is beautiful and the beaches nearby. Keriec beach in Tréveiln is only 3.9 km away: you will appreciate it for its wild side, facing Ile Tomé. Do you prefer large beaches? then you will love Trestel beach in Trévou Trévignez just 4.7 km away, bordered by the GR 34. 10 km from Perros Guirec,
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: access via a small veranda from which you climb 3 steps to access the living area with large fitted kitchen (cookéo), fireplace with insert (1st outbreak offered), separate wc next door from the veranda. 1st floor: 1 master suite (1 160x200 bed) with its private bathroom (shower, wc) and baby room, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and (1 80x200 trundle bed that can be combined into 1 160x200 bed), bathroom (shower and wc). 2nd floor: 1 large attic bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and (2 80x200 beds that can be twinned), adjoining shower room (shower and toilet). Terrace of 53 m² and private land of 300 m² under development with a beautiful view of the lake which will be secured by early April 2023. On site, children's playground (swing, house, bowling alley... .) to share with the other 2 gites. Parking at the back of the cottage. Gite adjoining the owner's house
