For your total comfort, a bluetooth speaker system is installed on the ground floor, including on the terrace! you will love it.....Some will be active on the tennis court, others will prefer to relax in the spa or play billiards but the discovery of the region starting with Binic, a pretty seaside resort lively all year round, located 10 km away will be a must for all... 14 km from Saint Quay Portrieux and its fishing and pleasure ports, 14 km from Saint-Brieuc.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et très grande villa. Tout y était parfait ! Beau terrain, beau volume et bien équipée. Il ne manquait que le terrain de pétanque : mais le propriétaire a le projet d'en construire un pour l'année prochaine. Nous y reviendrons assurément !

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Même si le temps fait des caprices, la maison permet à chacun d'avoir son espace, notamment avec le billard, le baby foot, l'espace jeux vidéo. Accueil et présent (légumes) plus qu'agreable venant du propriétaire. Emplacement géographique très bien pour les différentes activités et visites à faire dans la région. Le bonheur de notre chien avec l'espace exterieur proposé.
