Description
A south-facing, semi-detached house, next to a long-let property in the countryside, 15 minutes from the sea. It has a patio, a private garden (120m²) and a shared garden (800m²). Everything is provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The dining table converts to a pool table for fun with friends or family. Lots to do in the area including beaches at Binic, Plérin and Etables sur Mer, walks or bike rides to the Chaos du Gouêt or Binic marina, microlite and helicopter rides at Trémuson, Leisure Park at Plélo and go- karting at Plérin. The Zoo de Trégomeur is 2.5km from the gite.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Un beau gîte, très agréable et spacieux, la région est magnifique et bien situé, la mer n'est pas loin ... Nous y avons passé un mois de septembre idyllique. A recommander sans hésitation.

Merci pour l'accueil dans ce gîte très bien équipé et au calme. Ce serait top d'y installer un terrain de pétanque , car il y a de la place.
