Description
Proudly erected facing the sea, this holiday villa where the openings open onto the sea, will be a feast for your eyes in all seasons. You are in Trébeurden on the pink granite coast. 700m from Pors Mabo beach and not far from the most beautiful fine sandy beaches: Trestmeur and Pors-Termen. You will love the large south-facing terraces, the largest of 60 m², closed, has a staircase with a locked gate for more security, giving access to the land below. The connected indoor swimming pool (9mX4m), with sea salt and heated to 29°, will delight young and old alike at any time of the day. By opening the large bay windows of this beautiful swimming pool, a terrace and a lawn area are available to you to relax after a good bath. A few tips for organizing your stay: visit the planetarium and the Gallic village at Pleumeur Bodou, the archipelago of the 7 islands and the bird island (Rouzic) off Perros Guirec.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: Fitted kitchen with snack table for 4 people, open to a large living room/lounge giving access to a large 60 m² terrace, enjoying a beautiful sea view, a bedroom with television, 1 bed 160x200, a private bathroom (shower), access to the large terrace, separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with private shower room including 1 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 2 90x200 beds - all have a sea view. Bathroom with bathtub , a separate toilet. Access to the lower level by an internal staircase to the accommodation: 1 laundry room, an independent toilet with washbasin, bathroom with shower and direct access to the connected swimming pool/balneotherapy, 9 m/4 m (zones of depth of 60 cm to 1.40 m), interior, heated to 29°, open all year round. 3 beautiful terraces at your disposal, facing the sea. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Excellent séjour à Kernévez pour le vacances de printemps. La maison est très agréable, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et adaptée à un séjour en famille. Le soleil au rendez vous de ces vacances nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse très confortable et spacieuse. Excellent accueil et réactivité de l'équipe du service de conciergerie !
