Fancy a holiday on the Côte de Granit Rose, in a beautiful seaside resort, close to beaches and shops? So the Ty Coat gîte, brand new with its wooden frame, will be a very comfortable and trendy address for an exotic stay in a pleasant environment, close to all amenities and set back from the road. The owners Claude and Bastien living nearby can advise you on all the must-see sights ... But you will never tire of going on foot to Goaz Treiz beach, wild beach, very popular with board sports enthusiasts , unless you prefer Tresmeur beach, a superb beach of fine sand, supervised and equipped with a beach club in season. 14 km from Perros Guirec, 13 km from Lannion.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: living room (wood stove: 1st fire offered), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bathroom (shower) and wc independent. 35 m² wooden terrace, gravelled courtyard and 300 m² garden under development. Common driveway with a neighbor to access the property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte trés confortable, sa situation en fait un trés bon point de départ pour explorer la côte de granite rose et la baie de Lannion. A recommander.

Très gentil accueil de Claude avec crêpes et bouteille de cidre :) Gîte spacieux et lumineux, très bien équipé, joliment décoré, confortable et très calme. Pour les amateurs de randonnées, la région est idéale, jolies plages à Trébeurden et dans les environs. Les côtes d'Armor regorge de beaux sites à visiter. Je recommande vivement ce gîte !
