Description
This villa will appeal to all those who dream of escape, of great comfort, of a warm interior. What a luxury to be able to benefit from a swimming pool just for you! And what about the view? Here you can contemplate the sea and admire the sunsets .... The house is close to two other gites (22G121417 and 22G121428) and is located in the municipality of Trebeurden, in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose. For your excursions, you will be spoiled for choice .... beaches or discovery of natural sites (tip of Bihit, Quellen marshes, Milau island ..) At 13 km, the famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, where you can embark on an excursion around the 7 islands will tempt you. Without forgetting the visit of Ploumanac'h (15 km) or Tregastel (9 km) which are also worth a detour. Children to entertain? Take them to the Pleumeur-Bodou radome park (9 km away) with its Gallic village, its city of telecommunications and its planetarium. The region is magnificent as is the gîte, book it quickly!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor (accessible for people with reduced mobility): kitchen, living room, lounge, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) including a bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room, separate toilet. Floor: two bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200, 1 double bed 160x200), bathroom with shower, wc. At your disposal: covered and heated swimming pool open all year round, dimensions: 6 m x 3.50 m, depth 1.70 m. You will appreciate the only outdoor space: the beautiful and large landscaped terrace (50 m²) and a private courtyard where you can park your vehicles. Passive house (heating by reversible air conditioning). Telework space. Table football available. Possibility to recharge your electric car.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte ; moderne, très bien situé, belle vue, confort ++, bien équipé. Super accueil de Sébastien, à l’écoute ; il a pu nous donner des conseils bien utiles pour notre séjour dans la région et répondre à nos questions. A faire ou refaire sans hésiter.

Maison tres moderne et tres bien entretenue, à deux pas d’une jolie plage et proche du centre de Trebeurdun à quelques minutes en voiture. La piscine est un vrai plus. Le site est calme est tres relaxant. Nous étions 5 et avons passé une superbe semaine, l’accueil était par ailleurs de grande qualité , merci aux hôtes!

La conciergerie Ty Tom a pris le temps de préparer notre arrivée avec grand soin. L’accueil sur place a été plus que chaleureux. Sébastien est très agréable, disponible et à su nous conseiller quelques endroits sympas. Les propriétaires nous ont offert des crêpes et des palets bretons qui n’ont pas fait long feu! La maison est d’un grand confort, neuve et spacieuse. Les chambre sont décorées avec goût. Les salle de bains sont propres et celle du RDV est top. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et rien ne nous a manqué. La piscine est géniale, les enfants ont adorés. La région est très belle et la plage est accessible à quelques minutes en voiture ou à pieds. Nous reviendrons. Merci encore à Sébastien.
