Detached house from the 1970s where a total metamorphosis has been undertaken to transform this house into a comfortable, bright, pleasant vacation rental. Located in the town of Trébeurden, in the heart of the pink granite coast, you will appreciate the various activities available to you during your stay: beaches, water sports, discovery of the marina or natural sites (Pointe de Bihit, Queln marsh, Milau island)... The famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec 13 km away, from where you can embark on an excursion around the reserve of the 7 islands...And without forgetting the visit of Ploumanac'h and its rocky chaos, a natural site of exceptional beauty just 15 km away, a must in the destination of the Pink Granite Coast.
Your vacation rental includes on the raised ground floor: beautiful kitchen open to a large living room opening onto a 25 m² terrace with screens and its 320 m² garden, a large bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and trundle bed for emergency assistance, bathroom with bath/shower screen, separate wc. Upstairs: a large bedroom with sea view, with 1 160x200 bed, 2 90x190 bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Gite close to two other gites (22G121430 and 22G121417)

Séjour super agréable dans ce gîte vraiment très bien équipé! Ça donne envie de repartir au même endroit dans la même location. Les enfants se sont sentis comme chez eux! Ils ont été ravis de leurs séjours et veulent absolument y retourner l’année prochaine. La location a fait l’unanimité pour toute la famille.

Maison bien rénovée, décorée avec beaucoup de gout. La literie est de haute qualité et est très confortable. Très bon accueil du représentant du propriétaire. Nous avons pu profiter du calme environnant, belle vue mer de l'étage. Maison idéalement située pour découvrir tous les atouts de Trebeurden et de ses environs.
