This luxury-appointed, detached house overlooking Pors Mabo beach is just the place for a dream holiday ! It has exceptional furniture, designer equipment, hand-made parquet flooring and amazing sea views from the two sun terraces and upstairs master bedroom. The property is in Trebeurden, at the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, with a wealth of things to do and places to visit in the area including beaches, the marina and natural attractions such as the Pointe de Bihit, Marais Quellen and Ile Milau. The well-known seaside resort of Perros Guirec is 13km, where you can take a boat trip to the 7 Iles Nature Reserve, and don’t miss Ploumanac'h (15km), voted one of France’s favourite villages, and Tregastel (9km).
GR.FL : Spacious lounge-diner with ethanol fireplace and industrial-style open-plan kitchen. Utility room. WC. Bedroom 1 (suitable for guests with limited mobility) : 2 x 80cm beds (or king-size bed), en-suite shower room (walk-in shower). Bedroom 2: 2 x 80cm beds (or king-size bed) and loft bed above, en-suite shower room (walk-in shower). UPSTAIRS : Bedroom 3 : large, open master suite : 200 x 200cm bed with bathroom area behind (bath and walk-in shower) and separate WC. The suite opens onto a sun terrace overlooking the sea. There is another sun terrace overlooking the sea (100m²) with heated exterior hot tub. Garden (500m²). Price includes end-of-stay cleaning. 3 bikes to borrow. One small pet welcome on request. Très bon accueil par TiTom. Le gîte est très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons fêter Noël en famille, et pour l'occasion le gîte avait été décoré. Merci et à bientôt

La description de la location sur le site est fidèle à la réalité, sauf pour la vue mer du balcon, partiellement gâchée par deux nouvelles constructions, dont une toujours en cours et un chantier qui débute (réalisation des fondations avec un bulldozer).

Il y a bien deux maisons en construction à proximité visibles, mais aucune ne masque la vue mer, qui est toujours bien là .
La gêne visuelle n'est que relative : les constructions en cours ne devraient masquer que le rideau de Pins Maritimes qui masquent bien la mer, et que nous ne pouvons et ne voulons pas enlever ...
