Michelle and Jean Michel welcome you in the family setting of a 16th century peasant house. They have set up 2 cottages Kraou Tomm and Ti Tad Coz, one at each end, the middle not being inhabited to preserve independence and the privacy of each family.
For the pleasure of young and old, an indoor swimming pool heated to 29 degrees all year round and a spa with a view of a small river complete this bucolic setting.
You will have a pleasant stay in this gite with a private pond 500 m away. Gîte located 10 minutes from Lake Guerlédan and its nautical base.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds 90X190, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 single bed 140x190), bathroom with shower, separate wc. Baby equipment available. 30 m² veranda with view of the river and the park. Private terrace of 20 m² and garden of 200 m². Provision of an indoor swimming pool heated to 28° with a relaxation area (Spa) (shared with gite 412802). Games for children. Games room on the first floor of the barn.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Un grand merci à Michelle et Jean-Michel pour votre accueil et vos conseils. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avons découvert le pays de Carhaix, splendide. Bien situé, nous avons aussi fait découvrir une partie des Côtes d'Armor à nos plus proches et avons pu faire profiter d'un retour aux sources dans le Morbihan. Le gîte est très confortable. C'est un havre de paix... Merci pour tout et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir...
