Description
This welcoming gite, adjoining the owners' house, is an ideal vacation spot for discovering several places of interest in the department. Near the gîte, just 4km away, discover Pontrieux, a small town of character with half-timbered houses and old stones, crossed by the Trieux river which will take you to the English Channel if you go down it. Located halfway between Guingamp and the sea, you can discover the Breton countryside or the Costa Rican coast, no need to choose as these two regions have their interest. Moreover, under no circumstances should you miss the Domaine de la Roche Jagu, a historic monument dating from medieval times, with a remarkable garden. An essential step. For those who might miss the sea air, the coast of Goelo, the bay of Paimpol or even the island of Bréhat will suit you for a good breath of iodized air!
Your holiday rental adjoining the owners' house includes on the ground floor: a living room and its open, integrated and equipped kitchen, a toilet with washbasin and a shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one 160cm bed and two 90x200cm beds) and a two-piece bathroom (one has a bathtub, the other has a sink and a toilet). Private terrace of 15m2, common courtyard and common garden with the owners. Outdoor space of 1ha at the back of the house leading to a stream. Parking provided for the vehicle in the courtyard of the property.

Accueil exceptionnel, des propriétaire d'une gentillesse et sans oublié le petit chien. Cour fermé idéal pour la voiture. Endroit très très calme, juste le bruit des oiseaux le matin.Le rêve. Logement équipé de tout. Une propreté. (Impossible de trouver une poussière.). Une très bonne literie ........ Bref, un endroit idéal et une location exemplaire.
