Cette jolie propriété se distingue par son environnement agréable et reposant, avec toute une partie en pelouse où les enfants pourront se retrouver... Les nouveaux propriétaires habitant sur place et connaissant bien la région vous renseigneront sur les balades et découvertes à ne pas manquer....Vous pourrez réaliser vos courses au rond-point du Poirier à tout juste 1 km ....Vous rejoindrez très rapidement à 3 km le joli port de Dahouët d'où vous emprunterez le GR34 pour de belles randonnées sur le littoral. A 6 km de la station balnéaire de Pléneuf-Val-André, avec sa grande digue, ses commerces et restaurants, sa thalasso, son casino. A 15 km d'Erquy et 25 km de St-Brieuc.

Sympathie, disponibilité, professionalisme sont les principales qualités remarquables. La réception dans un logement fleuri, crêpes et cidre en guise d'accueil nous a beaucoup touché. Nous avons apprécié également la partie cuisine très fonctionnelle avec son lave-linge bien pratique et surtout le confort du logement en général et la propreté des lieux. Le gîte dans la propriété est formidable par la grandeur du terrain propice à la promenade et la tranquillité de notre toutou que vous avez accepté. La terrasse privative avec son salon de jardin est très agréable. Félicitations
