Au fond d'une impasse, à la campagne, cet ancien corps de ferme rénové sera une adresse bien agréable pour vos prochaines vacances. Les propriétaires, habitant sur place, l'ont confortablement aménagé et décoré dans une ambiance très tendance pour que vous vous y sentiez comme à la maison. Très spacieux, chacun pourra s'il le souhaite trouver son espace d'intimité : les plus jeunes profiteront de l'espace jeux sur le palier, d'autres préfèreront l'espace bureau-canapé à l'étage mais toute la famille appréciera se retrouver dans le bel espace salon. Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Gîte proche du bourg de Saint-Alban à 2km pour les piétons et les cyclistes par un chemin démarrant à l'arrière du gîte. Proximité du carrefour du Poirier avec les commerces de première nécessité (et de qualité). Proximité des plages de Pléneuf Val André, du port de Dahouët, et du sentier des Douaniers (GR34). Gîte très bien équipé et ergonomique, très calme et accueil très sympathique. Propriétaires attentionnés.
