A light, well-kept, tastefully-renovated, semi-detached house, next to the owners’ daughter’s home in a quiet, wooded setting. Its games room is a real bonus : paradise for children and relaxation for parents. The lanes around the property are quiet with very little traffic, ideal for family walks around Saint-Alban, which is well-situated for discovering the beautiful Côte de Penthièvre and the countryside further inland. The seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André is 7km, Cap Fréhel is 8km, the scallop port of Erquy is 11km, Lamballe is 10km and Saint-Brieuc is 20km.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse.Trés bien aménagée pour les enfants. La cuisine est pas mal équipé! Seul petit bémol: la propreté de la maison qui n'était pas vraiment au rdv... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le temps pluvieux puisque la maison est assez bien placé concernant les endroits touristiques.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes désolés si la propreté de la maison n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes très surpris car ce gîte, en activité depuis plusieurs années, n’a jamais fait l’objet de retours négatifs jusqu’à présent. Après avoir contacté la propriétaire, celle-ci nous a indiqué que vous lui aviez expliqué avoir retrouvé des miettes de pain dans le grille-pain ainsi que dans un tiroir. Un oubli peut parfois arriver.. Nous espérons que malgré cela, votre séjour en Bretagne s'est bien déroulé. Cordialement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est parfait avec des jeunes enfants. La propriétaire est très disponible et réactive. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir les nombreux attraits de la région. Il est très bien équipé surtout pour les jeunes enfants. Rénové avec goût et très fonctonnel. Un très bon acceuil des propriétaires.
