Bienvenue dans la Maison du Bonheur : cet ancien presbytère du 16ème siècle vous impressionnera par ses volumes, sa grande cheminée, ses poutres apparentes, toutes ses chambres que l'on découvre à gauche et droite des couloirs : idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Et le must ? la piscine couverte et chauffée que vous apprécierez toute l'année. Mais prenez le temps...quand même.... de découvrir la région : Fréhel et ses plages sont à 9 km, la jolie station balnéaire de St Cast Le Guildo à 10 km, la superbe plage de Sables d'Or les Pins avec son golf 18 trous à 13 km, Dinan à 28 km, Le Mont St Michel à 80 km. N'attendez plus et réservez vite !
Votre location de vacances comprend au rez-de-chaussée : hall d'entrée, grand salon de 40 m² avec cheminée monumentale, cuisine aménagée avec coin repas, wc indépendants, buanderie avec wc. Du hall, un escalier dessert 2 chambres : 1 grande chambre (1 lit 140x200) avec espace jeux (PS3 avec jeux et TV), 1 chambre (1 lit 160x200), petite salle d'eau avec douche. Dinan
Dinan in Brittany is a charming riverside town, full of medieval history, with a 13th century castle and ramparts that encircle this well-preserved sanctuary where time has stood still.
Wander through Dinan's narrow cobbled streets, lined with pretty half-timber houses, and discover the Flamboyant Gothic St Malo church, the Basilica of St Saveur and the 40m high Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower). Climb the 158 steps to the top for some fantastic views of the town and surrounding area. For even better views, why not take a walk along the ramparts, which, at nearly 2.7km long, are the oldest and most impressive in Brittany? In July the Fête des Remparts (Feast of the Ramparts) takes place, a marvellous festival recreating life in medieval times with street celebrations, a market and a jousting tournament and many people dressed in medieval costume. The Château de Dinan is now a museum dedicated to the town's history and Dinan's famous hero, Bertrand du Guesclin, a Breton knight who became a military commander during the Hundred Years' War is remembered with 4 different memorials across the town. In 1357 the English laid seige to the town but it resisted. When Thomas Canterbury kidnapped Guesclin's brother he settled the matter by single combat in the Place Champs Clos opposite the Place Dugesclin, wich is named after him and where today you will find the town market on a Thursday morning.

La maison est globalement très agréable : les lits sont de qualité et les chambres de bonne dimension ; le matériel de cuisine est complet. La seule limite est la taille de la cuisine un peu étroite pour 15 personnes. La piscine, chauffée et de bonne dimension, est un élément très important dans le jugement positif. La maison est isolée, calme et nous n'avons pas été concerné par les mauvaises odeurs que nous avons pu rencontrer dans d'autres endroits de la Bretagne.
