Independent and spacious gîte, facing south, completely renovated in 2011 with taste and comfort, respecting the soul of the past. Jeannine and her husband will tell you about the history of the house. Very close to the main roads of the Côte du Goëlo you can go down to Binic "Grain de beauté des Côtes d'Armor" 2 km away to walk, swim, have fun. 10 km from St-Quay-Portrieux and St-Brieuc.
Your vacation rental includes the ground floor. : living room, kitchen, wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 1 140x200 bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90X200 beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. For your return from the beach or fishing a bathroom with bathtub accessible by veranda or kitchen. Private land of 2500 m² with trees and flowers, terrace of 32 m². Private parking behind the house closed by barrier.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison typiquement bretonne. Nous avons été sensibles à l'excellent accueil de la propriétaire et au grand confort de ce gîte situé à seulement cinq minutes de la mer. Une expérience à renouveler!
