Description
Very peaceful location with a large and tidy garden, but still easy access to main roads. Ideal for quiet holiday, this cosy house will suite larger family with young children as plenty of space to play. There are lots of lovely places to visit in easy driving distance, like Tréguier, Lannion and the pink granit cost. There is an excellent bakery in Pommerit le Vicomte (2k). Guingamp holds a friday market and has a charming 18thC square where you can sit at pavement café and people watch.
Pleasant semi-detached gite adjoining a house, in hamlet by small country road. Kitchen/diner with f/freezer, m/waven d/washer, Sitting/dining room with beams, inset fireplace, TV and DVD. Bathroom, WC. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor - a dble and a trple (dble bed and a large sgle bed for a child. Cot, highchair, changing table, pushchair. C/heating. Shared front courtyard and outbuilding (w/machine). Lovely, rear enclosed garden (furniture, bbq, small stream). Swings, football table, table tennis, playhouse.

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Suite à notre agréable séjour dans ce gîte l'été dernier, nous y sommes revenus notamment à la demande de nos enfants qui avaient adoré le grand jardin et les jeux mis à leur disposition : cabane, balançoire, but de foot, pétanque, ping pong... Le gîte est au calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir la campagne et le bord de mer. Merci à Fabrina et Michel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils touristiques.

Gite bien situé pour decouvrir une région que nous ne connaissions pas.Vehicule indispensable afin de rayonner dans des sites exceptionnels. Commodités proches. Commerces et principaux services ( médicaux etc...) proches. Quant à l'accueil, les propriétaires de gîtes devraient prendre exemple sur Michel et Fabrina.
