Description
Very peaceful location with a large and tidy garden, but still easy access to main roads. Ideal for quiet holiday, this cosy house will suite larger family with young children as plenty of space to play. There are lots of lovely places to visit in easy driving distance, like Tréguier, Lannion and the pink granit cost. There is an excellent bakery in Pommerit le Vicomte (2k). Guingamp holds a friday market and has a charming 18thC square where you can sit at pavement café and people watch.
Pleasant semi-detached gite adjoining a house, in hamlet by small country road. Kitchen/diner with f/freezer, m/waven d/washer, Sitting/dining room with beams, inset fireplace, TV and DVD. Bathroom, WC. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor - a dble and a trple (dble bed and a large sgle bed for a child. Cot, highchair, changing table, pushchair. C/heating. Shared front courtyard and outbuilding (w/machine). Lovely, rear enclosed garden (furniture, bbq, small stream). Swings, football table, table tennis, playhouse.

ce gîte est très calme et reposant les propriétaires très gentille et donnent de très bon conseil. pour les personnes qui souhaitent se déconnecter de la ville vous pouvez séjourner les yeux fermés. Etant de la campagne c'était super. Merci

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans le gîte. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin, avec la cabane, les balançoires, les jeux mis à disposition, et le cheval dans le pré voisin. Gîte situé au calme, et proche des endroits que nous avons eu plaisir à visiter (Pontrieux, le domaine de la Roche Jagu, zoo de Trégomeur...) et de la plage. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et très bons conseils.
