Adjoining the home of the owners who have chosen an -Art Deco- atmosphere to welcome you, you will enjoy relaxing and enjoying the large grounds where apple trees, pear trees and the 3 hens rub shoulders...not at all wild and will make the joy of the youngest! 5 km from Erquy, its port and its many beaches, 6 km from Cap Fréhel, 12 km from Pléneuf Val André lively seaside resort all year round with its casino, its thalasso, its shops
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen area, fireplace with insert (1st flame offered) bathroom (walk-in shower, separate wc. Floor: landing with dressing room leading to 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with adjoining private terrace (1 160x200 bed) and 1 bedroom (2 80x200 beds that can be twinned into a double bed) and 1 90x200 bed, separate toilet. Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte pour la seconde fois. La 1ère fois, nous avions été enchantés et cette année cela a été de nouveau parfait. Tout est au top : l'accueil, le confort, l'équipement, la situation, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Le rêve !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le gîte. Le gîte est bien équipé, propre et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La région est magnifique et il y a beaucoup à voir. Nous pouvons fortement recommander le gîte.
