En pleine campagne, mais à seulement 6 km de la mer et des belles plages des Sables d'Or et d'Erquy, cette longère entièrement rénovée vous accueille dans 2 gîtes mitoyens confortablement aménagés par les propriétaires en privilégiant des matériaux de qualité et une décoration sobre et tendance...Habitant sur place, Katty et Franck se tiendront à votre disposition pour vous orienter et vous guider dans vos sorties. Au programme : découverte de la belle plage des Sables d'Or Les Pins, celles d'Erquy et du Val André, randonnées dans les landes d'Erquy et du Cap Fréhel, une visite de St-Malo, bref, le programme s'annonce chargé et vous n'aurez qu'une envie, y revenir très vite...
Votre location de vacances comprend au rez-de-chaussée : séjour salon avec coin cuisine aménagée, 1 salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne et wc). Etage accessible par escalier contemporain, légèrement pentu, donnant directement dans la grande chambre : 1 grand lit 180x200 (excellente literie). Buanderie commune dans le pignon de la longère. Terrasse privative de 20 m², terrain commun de 120 m² avec petit plan d'eau. Stationnement à l'entrée de la propriété. Internet par fibre.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

accueil de Kathy et Franck au top tout le confort moderne à disposition Dans une région côtière ,où tous les 500 mètres on dispose d' une plage avec de l ' ombre et par temps de canicule , ça compte !

Très bon accueil par Katty. Le gite est joliment décoré et très agréable, bien équipé ,un couchage confortable. Au calme en campagne bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine . Nous recommandons ce Gite et encore merci pour votre accueil.
