This large, luxuriously-appointed house, which was fully refurbished in 2014, is situated at the heart of the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins. It has a harmonious, stylish modern decor and excellent facilities including a hot-tub on the rear patio, making it an ideal holiday home to share with family or friends. The property is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the casino and golf course. Many different walks in the area. Pléneuf-Val-André 15km.

Très belle location, spacieuse, bien aménagée. Nos amis à 4 pattes sont acceptés. La villa est parfaitement clôturée pour la sécurité des enfants et des chiens. Le petit plus, quel plaisir de se détendre dans le SPA. Très bien située, plage à 300m, et commerces très proches. Pas mal de sites touristiques aux alentours. Je recommande cette location de rêve. Séjour très agréable. Propriétaire réactive lorsque nous avons eu des demandes (même avant le séjour). Très bon équipement du logement, en particulier le spa chauffé même début novembre. Logement très bien situé pour balades à pied et découverte de la région avec de très nombreux sites à moins de 15 minutes en voiture.

A very nice discovery of a charming family house a stone's throw from the beach of Les Sables d'Or. A heavenly stay after a year marked by sanitary restrictions in a magnificent setting : the house is very comfortable, bright and elegant with a view of the sea when there is a high tide :). We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a real moment of well-being as a family. With a very nice weather we could bask in the sun in a private jacuzzi which is especially nice at the end of the evening to enjoy the sunset or admire the stars. Finally a very nice fireplace around which we spent dreamy evenings while the children played pinball. We highly recommend it for families in search of calm and well-being. Une très belle découverte d’une charmante maison de famille à deux pas de la plage des Sables d’Or. Un séjour paradisiaque après une année marquée par les restrictions sanitaires dans un cadre magnifique. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse et élégante avec une vue sur la mer lorsqu’il y a de grande marée :). On a été chaleureusement accueillie et on a pu profiter en famille d’un véritable moment de bien-être. Avec un très beau temps on a pu se prélasser au soleil dans un jacuzzi privatif qui est surtout agréable en fin de soirée pour profiter des couchers de soleil ou admirer les étoiles. Enfin une très belle cheminée autour de laquelle on a passé des soirées rêveuses pendant que les enfants jouaient au flipper. On recommande vivement pour des familles en recherche de calme et de bien-être.
