In a resolutely modern look, the Gîte des Vallées, north of Plufur, offers good ergonomics and spacious rooms for a holiday or work stay in the quiet countryside of the Yar valleys which flows into the sea 9 km away. In the town, 2.5 km away, be curious and go and discover the Savonnerie de l'Intendant, further on 4 km away, a visit to the Château and the Gardens of Rosanbo en Lanvellec will be a must. More broadly, in less than 10 km you will reach the coast with the bay of St Michel en Grèves: water sports, GR34 trail, maritime cycling, sand yachting, swimming, heritage, ... At 9 km you can easily catch up with the RN12 to spin sometimes towards Guingamp / St Brieuc, sometimes towards Morlaix / Brest.
Your holiday apartment is on the first floor of the owners' outbuilding (garages on the ground floor). Living room with beautiful kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 double bed 180x200, a large bathroom with corner shower, double sink, toilet and LL. Baby equipment on request. On their 7000 m² property with lawn and fruit trees, Bertrand and Anne Laure welcome you to this accommodation with its private gravelled terrace at the foot of the stairs between the gîte and the wood. You will have access to the estate's tennis court with rackets and balls available. You can easily park right in front of the rental.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Gite impeccable, spacieux et confortable. Proche des lieux de visite tout en restant au calme. Très agréable accueil du propriétaire, disponible et de bons conseils. Notre séjour a été trop court pour en profiter pleinement mais c'est une adresse à retenir.

Gîte très agréable, au calme, proche de la mer, des monts d'Arrée, des villages typiques. Commerces à proximité (boulangerie dans le bourg). Randonnées sur place. Accueil et propreté irréprochables, très bien équipé, de l'espace. Transats et barbecue à disposition, parking pour la voiture près du gîte. Nous recommandons.
