Description
1 km from the town of Pluduno, in the countryside on a beautiful landscaped property of one hectare, set of 6 gites each with a well-equipped terrace. The property is magnificent and everyone will find their corner of privacy. The Arguenon gite, adjoining 2 other gites, welcomes you comfortably all year round. You will particularly appreciate the 2 terraces: ideal depending on the sunshine! According to their desires, the youngest can meet up on the common playground. During your stay, a multitude of walks are available to you. Starting with Plancoët (all shops) 4 km away, a pretty little flowered town known for its mineral water. If you prefer the coast, you will reach the port of Guildo 7 km away, built on an old Roman road, the beach of Vauvert in Saint-Jactut de la Mer is 9.5 km away. Fans of beautiful family beaches, you will love Saint-Cast-Le Guildo and its marina 11 km away. St-Malo 28 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom (shower and toilet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. In front, private courtyard with garden furniture and relaxation lounge, at the back, terrace with another garden furniture. Large common landscaped ground available with games for children, bowling green...parking in the car park at the entrance to the property, located a hundred meters away. First outbreak offered from November to March.

Dinan
Dinan in Brittany is a charming riverside town, full of medieval history, with a 13th century castle and ramparts that encircle this well-preserved sanctuary where time has stood still.
Wander through Dinan's narrow cobbled streets, lined with pretty half-timber houses, and discover the Flamboyant Gothic St Malo church, the Basilica of St Saveur and the 40m high Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower). Climb the 158 steps to the top for some fantastic views of the town and surrounding area. For even better views, why not take a walk along the ramparts, which, at nearly 2.7km long, are the oldest and most impressive in Brittany? In July the Fête des Remparts (Feast of the Ramparts) takes place, a marvellous festival recreating life in medieval times with street celebrations, a market and a jousting tournament and many people dressed in medieval costume. The Château de Dinan is now a museum dedicated to the town's history and Dinan's famous hero, Bertrand du Guesclin, a Breton knight who became a military commander during the Hundred Years' War is remembered with 4 different memorials across the town. In 1357 the English laid seige to the town but it resisted. When Thomas Canterbury kidnapped Guesclin's brother he settled the matter by single combat in the Place Champs Clos opposite the Place Dugesclin, wich is named after him and where today you will find the town market on a Thursday morning.

Très bon accueil de la part de Marie-Charlotte, dans une belle propriété paysagée, le tout pas loin de la mer. Gîte agréable avec ses deux terrasses et un intérieur bien décoré et surtout un calme appréciable. Nous le recommanderons bien volontiers et nous même, nous sommes prêt à y retourner.

Réservation de dernière minute pour ce séjour(couple 3 enfants), quelle belle surprise de découvrir ce très beau gîte. Un endroit au calme au milieu de la verdure, une région magnifique surtout sur la côte d'émeraude, les plages de Frehel et Sables d'or les pins sont de véritables petits coins de paradis. Proximité des commerces idéal, 5 min en voiture. Propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants, réactifs sur les quelques demandes et questions que nous avons eut. Nous serions ravi d'y retourner pour nos prochaines vacances.
