On a pretty landscaped and wooded property of 2 hectares, beautiful vacation rental, contiguous to the owner's house, in an old and large house with fully restored farmhouse. You will appreciate the very relaxing environment of this site: large courtyard with patio (basin, fountain). Pleasure gardens. 4-hole golf training course (2 difficulties), golf clubs provided. 3 landscaped bodies of water (possibility of no kill fishing), fishing equipment provided. American competition billiards (annex room with the owner. 1 km from the village of Pluduno, 4 km from Plancoët (all shops), 8 km from the beaches and 14 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast-Le-Guildo.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room - lounge, flat screen TV + DVD, bathroom (shower), separate WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 90x200) (1 bed 90x190), bathroom (bathtub) and WC. You also have a balneotherapy area and an octagonal swimming pool covered by a dome, heated (diameter 5.20m / depth 1.60m) accessible from April to the end of September. On request, possibility of playing American billiards in the owner's annex. Access to the exterior of the 5 ha property, its golf course, its lakes. Garage available.

Dinan
Dinan in Brittany is a charming riverside town, full of medieval history, with a 13th century castle and ramparts that encircle this well-preserved sanctuary where time has stood still.
Wander through Dinan's narrow cobbled streets, lined with pretty half-timber houses, and discover the Flamboyant Gothic St Malo church, the Basilica of St Saveur and the 40m high Tour de l'Horloge (clock tower). Climb the 158 steps to the top for some fantastic views of the town and surrounding area. For even better views, why not take a walk along the ramparts, which, at nearly 2.7km long, are the oldest and most impressive in Brittany? In July the Fête des Remparts (Feast of the Ramparts) takes place, a marvellous festival recreating life in medieval times with street celebrations, a market and a jousting tournament and many people dressed in medieval costume. The Château de Dinan is now a museum dedicated to the town's history and Dinan's famous hero, Bertrand du Guesclin, a Breton knight who became a military commander during the Hundred Years' War is remembered with 4 different memorials across the town. In 1357 the English laid seige to the town but it resisted. When Thomas Canterbury kidnapped Guesclin's brother he settled the matter by single combat in the Place Champs Clos opposite the Place Dugesclin, wich is named after him and where today you will find the town market on a Thursday morning.

Très beau gîte dans un magnifique parc arboré avec des petits étangs. Propreté impeccable et très bon confort. Nous avons bien apprécié les séances de balnéothérapie. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Amazing property with a lovely friendly owner who was always there to help and ensure our stay was the best it could be. I would highly recommend this Gité and hope to visit again as our stay was fantastic and the weather amazing.

Un gîte exceptionnel établi sur une propriété extraordinaire avec une hôte aux petits soins ! En bref, j'attend de prochaines vacances afin de pouvoir y revenir en espérant toutefois une météo plus clémente.
