You will appreciate the very relaxing environment of this site: large courtyard with patio (basin, fountain). Pleasure gardens. 4-hole golf training course (2 difficulties), golf clubs provided. 3 landscaped bodies of water (possibility of no kill fishing), fishing equipment provided. American competition billiards (annex room with the owner. 1 km from the village of Pluduno, 4 km from Plancoët (all shops), 8 km from the beaches and 14 km from the seaside resort of St-Cast-Le-Guildo.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room - lounge, flat screen TV + DVD, bathroom (shower), separate WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) (2 beds 90x200) (1 bed 90x190), bathroom (bathtub) and WC. You also have a balneotherapy area and an octagonal swimming pool covered by a dome, heated (diameter 5.20m / depth 1.60m) accessible from April to the end of September. On request, possibility of playing American billiards in the owner's annex. Access to the exterior of the 5 ha property, its golf course, its lakes. Garage available.

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires Gîte et environnement exceptionnels Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que l on se sente très bien Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la région et profiter des plages Tout est mis en oeuvre par les propriétaires pour que l on se sente bien. Ils sont d une extrême gentillesse.Le parc est magnifique ce qui permet d être en connexion avec la nature et de se ressourcer. Nous avons passer de superbes vacances.

Excellent séjour chez Mme Le Lenain. La maison était d'une propreté parfaite. Nous avons pu profiter de 2 séances de balnéothérapie (à réserver le matin). La propriétaire était aux petits soins. La piscine (couverte) a été très appréciée, surtout avec les températures élevées. Le Cap Frhel est à visiter. Nous avons pu courir le long de la plage à Saint-Jacut-de-la-mer à 20 minutes de voiture (magnifique) et assisté au coucher du soleil. Location à recommander. Estelle, Philippe et les enfants
