Description
On a large 2000 m² property, this vacation rental, adjoining the owner's house, offers spacious accommodation for 3 people. Located just 10 km from the sea, 4.5 km from Plancoët, known for its mineral water and 20 km from the pretty Medieval City of Dinan, its castle, its half-timbered houses and its cobbled streets, and 20 km from Lamballe and its national stud.
Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a spacious dining room opening onto an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and library, separate WC. The entire ground floor is equipped with electric shutters. On the first floor: a bedroom for 3 people with adjoining bathroom (bath and WC): 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90x190. It is possible to separate the 2 beds by a screen, available to customers. The mezzanine offers a nice relaxation area. Nous avons passé 7 jours dans ce gite lors de la Route du Rhum 2022. Tout d'abord, accueil impeccable par la propriétaire. Le gite est très confortable, beaucoup de place. Le coin nuit est situé sous le toit à l'étage, ce qui donne un charme certain. L'équipement du gite est très complet, comme à la maison ! :) Stationnement dans la cour du gite. Environnement très calme en pleine campagne. Nous avons adoré, et nous sommes déjà prêts à revenir :)

Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Mr et Mme Oléron sont des personnes très sympathiques avec qui nous avons discuter agréablement. Gite très confortable où rien ne manque, fonctionnel et superbement bien situé pour visiter cette belle région. A recommander sans hésitation.

Magnifique séjour dans un gîte très propre, lumineux et très bien équipé. Proche de la mer et de nombreux sites à visiter. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.
