Description
Sylviane and Michel Gourdain, horticultural engineers and tree specialists for 30 years, welcome guests to their converted farm, which was totally-restored in 2006. The property is in the centre of Pludual, a village with local shops (baker, butcher, bars and newsagent) between Paimpol and Saint-Brieuc, 7km from the sea and less than an hour from Perros Guirec and Bréhat. Boules and table tennis available.
A gite for groups to accommodate 27 people, 12 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 6 reception rooms. This converted farm has 6 gites, each with a lounge-dining-kitchen area and WiFi / cable internet access. 3 washing machines in communal laundry. Baby equipment : high chair, bath, travel cot, stairgate. Local tourist tax payable directly to the owner. Fixed cleaning charge, if required. When all 6 gites are booked for a short stay, bed linen and towels are provided and beds made on arrival.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. les gites sont très bien conçus pour l'accueil d'un groupe de 27. le propriétaire est à l'écoute. c'était parfait, je recommande.

Réunion de famille russie. L'agencement des gites est top , à la fois pour que chacun puisse être au calme et également pour se retrouver tous ensemble. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Les propriétaires sont charmants
