This unique, south-facing, semi-detached gite is in an amazing location above the wooded valley of Pont Min. The owner, Claude, who lives next-door, is always pleased to share his enthusiasm for the sea and local area with guests. All the attractions of Paimpol and its coast lie within a 4km radius of the gite – the harbour, beaches, woodland, the river Trieux, the abbey, museums, the GR34 hiking path, leisure activities, entertainment, restaurants and shops. The superb character village of Tréguier and the Château and gardens of La Roche Jégu at Ploezal are 15km.
GR.FL : Living space with lounge, dining, kitchen areas plus a sleeping area with single bed leading to the conservatory, with lounge and dining areas, overlooking the valley. 2 steps lead from the conservatory up to the main bedroom (double bed) which opens onto a sauna and steam shower. 2 steps down to the bathroom with WC. Cot and high chair on request. Outdoor space (100m²) with courtyard, small lawn and patio. Parking in the road beside the property.

Excellent séjour dans le gîte des Pins. Accueil parfait du propriétaire, on sent qu'il aime recevoir et conseiller ses clients. Le gîte est très spacieux pour 3 personnes (2 lits) il y a possibilité de mettre un lit bébé supplémentaire. L'équipement est complet et récent, on apprécie le lave vaisselle. L'endroit est calme, la véranda apporte un plus avec son salon et une table pour y prendre les repas avec vue sur les pins. Il y a aussi l'avantage d'être très près de Paimpol et de la côte. Multiples balades et endroits à visiter. Tout pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Séjour agréable dans ce gîte atypique très bien agencé, au calme avec une vue magnifique. Propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeants; à recommander sans hésitation.
