A change of scenery guaranteed for this independent gîte, overlooking the Trieux estuary, offering a magnificent view of the Lézardrieux bridge from the living room, lounge and bedrooms. This well renovated cottage will seduce you with its brand new veranda, its very comfortable interior. You will tirelessly enjoy the enclosed and spacious garden where young children will have fun at leisure. 5 km from Paimpol and 2.5 km from Lézardrieux, near the Penhoat-Lancerf wood, where the house of the Traou-nez estuary is located, a place steeped in history. 10km from the pier for the island of Bréhat. A basket of different varieties of tomatoes is offered to you on arrival and during your stay.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen with veranda, laundry room, large living room (fireplace) with sliding picture window, living room, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms accessible by the staircase from the dining room (1 bed 160x200) (1 bed 110x180), separate toilet with sink, the other bedroom accessible by the staircase from the living room with 2 beds 90x190. Complete baby equipment. A 400 m² enclosed courtyard with flowers and a 400 m² wooded garden refurbished in 2013. 30 m² garage locked for car, motorbike or bicycle.

L'accueil très agréable, une location de qualité, que nous avons une nouvelle fois appréciés lors de notre séjour fin octobre, nous amènent à conseiller ce gîte pour un séjour au calme en terre bretonne. Salut amical à Mme ROPPERS

Belle maison avec vue sur le Trieux. Propriétaire très accueillante. Le gîte est confortable, bien équipé et particulièrement propre. Adresse à retenir.
