Located in the countryside, in the heart of the Côte de Goëlo. 5km from the fine sandy beaches of St Quay Portrieux (marina, Casino), Binic (aquatic pool, nautical centre). Close to the 18-hole golf course and marked hiking and mountain biking trails as well as equestrian centres. Located 200 m from the family dairy farm, open all year round, rental possible by the night out of season. Welcome to the Arthur family where friendliness and hospitality are key words.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: veranda with kitchen area and dining area, living room with a 90cm bed, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Complete baby equipment on demand. Private flowered terrace of 25 m² enclosed and not overlooked. Lawn ground (with outdoor games including ping pong) shared with the 6 other gîtes. Large car park common to all the gîtes on the site and closed.

Nous avons passé un week-end tranquille à la campagne avec des propriétaires très accueillants et très généreux. Anne Claire et Juliette se soucient du bien être de leur hôtes Rien ne manque dans le gîte des marronniers, tout y est, il est très bien équipé et la propreté est irréprochable ! Merci !

Un accueil très agréable. Gîte bien spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et qui donnerait envie d'y rester plus longtemps. Les hôtes, très cordiales, dévouées et disponibles. Lieux à la campagne, près de vaches laitières absolument pas dérangeantes et proche aussi de petits commerces locaux. Non loin des jolies côtes bretonnes, plus précisément entre Binic et Saint-Quay-Portrieux... A recommander pour le calme d3 la campagne et la proximité des plages. Merci pour cet agréable séjour à Juliette et Anne-Claire.
