Located in the countryside, in the heart of the Côte de Goëlo. 5km from the fine sandy beaches of St Quay Portrieux (marina, Casino), Binic (aquatic pool, nautical centre). Close to the 18-hole golf course and marked hiking and mountain biking trails as well as equestrian centres. Located 200 m from the family dairy farm, open all year round, rental possible by the night out of season. Welcome to the Arthur family where friendliness and hospitality are key words.
Your vacation rental includes on one level: veranda with kitchen area and dining area, living room with a 90cm bed, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Complete baby equipment on demand. Private flowered terrace of 25 m² enclosed and not overlooked. Lawn ground (with outdoor games including ping pong) shared with the 6 other gîtes. Large car park common to all the gîtes on the site and closed.

Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

Gîte agréable avec vue sur l'espace d'un domaine agricole. le logement est parfait, dans la salle de bain un petit plus serait à prévoir en y installant deux patères, une étagère de douche et un petit placard avec étagère sous le lavabo. Dommage que le WC se trouve dans la salle bain, c'est un avis très personnel. C'est un lieu idéal pour se reposer.

Très bon accueil de Madame Arthur, nous avons séjourné dans un superbe gîte ( Les marronniers) très bien équipé ou l on se sent comme à la maison. Très bien situé pour visiter de belles villes comme Chatelaudren (exposition à voir : Voyage en Bretagne féerique du 01/07/2023 au 17/09/2023).Pontrieux, l Île de Brehat (embarquement au port de Saint Quai Portrieux) sans oublié le magnifique zoo de Tregomeur, de belles plages sont à proximité ainsi que de bons commerçants situés à Plourhan. Le meilleur marché est à Plouha le mercredi. Je recommande vivement.
