Come and enjoy the pleasures of the sea with, 5 km away, the beaches of St Quay Portrieux, Etables sur Mer and Binic (fun swimming pool) where you will have the opportunity to indulge in water sports or hiking (path customs officers). Golf at 3 km. Located 200 m from the family dairy farm, open all year, rental possible by the night out of season. Welcome to the Arthur family where friendliness and hospitality are key words.
Your vacation rental includes living room-lounge (2x80/200 trundle sofa beds) with kitchen area, bathroom with shower and wc Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190 and 120x190) by step staircase Japanese. Private terrace of 12 m² with flowers. Courtyard and wooded park shared with the other 6 gîtes in the Beauregard estate. Washing machine and dryer in common with the owner. Complete baby equipment on request. Large car park common to all the gîtes on the site and closed.
