You will appreciate the luminosity of this gite, with its south-facing terrace not overlooked, adjoining 2 other gites and 5 km from the beaches of St-Quay Portrieux (marina and Casino), Binic (aquafun pool, nautical center) and Etables sur Mer. Animal lovers will visit the donkey and the pony. Located near the dairy farm (200 m), here reigns a family atmosphere that Juliette and her family strive to preserve. The children will meet on the playground, for football, a game of ping-pong, basketball, a swing/slide or a pedal tractor race. You will have the opportunity to practice hiking (GR34) and mountain biking. Horse-riding centres, 18-hole golf course and zoo within a radius of 5 km. Open all year, rental possible by the night out of season. Flexible rates outside school holidays depending on the number of people and the duration, see with the owners.
Your Tourism and Handicap-certified vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, wc, laundry area. 1 spacious bedroom (1 160X 200 bed) with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms. The first contains 2 single beds 90x190, it gives access to the bathroom with bath, sink and toilet as well as access to the back bedroom: 1 double bed 140X190. Private tiled terrace of 20 m² not overlooked and private garden of 250 m². Separate entrance to the gîte via the backyard or the front terrace via a tarmac driveway. Specific and accessible parking space dedicated to this gîte. But also large common vehicle parking for all the lodgings of the site and closed.

Nous terminons notre semaine de location du gîte La vallée de Beauregard et nous projetons déjà à y retourner. C’est l’endroit idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge notamment. Le gîte est confortable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque pour les familles. La propriétaire est accueillante et très disponible. Les parents peuvent se reposer pendant que les enfants jouent à l’aire de jeux, s’occupent des animaux, lisent ou jouent avec les livres et jeux mis à disposition dans le gîte.

Notre 2ème passage par les gîtes de Beauregard et tout comme la dernière fois, c'était parfait. Accueil très chaleureux, gîte calme, agréable, lumineux et très bien équipé. A la campagne mais à moins de 10 minutes de la plage, idéal pour un séjour reposant en famille. Beaucoup d'attention portée aussi sur le bien-être des enfants avec les différents animaux et la petite plaine de jeux. On y retournera très bientôt et on recommande à tout le monde
