200m from a dairy farm, gite adjoining 2 other gites, and located in a set of gites where children can sometimes swing and slide, go see the donkey and the pony, play table tennis or basketball, bowling. Clarity and light are the assets of this gite with its south-facing terrace and its large openings. You can enjoy the charm of the countryside, the pleasures of the sea: 5 km from Etables sur Mer and St-Quay-Portrieux (Casino and Port de Plaisance), 4 km from the fun swimming pool of Binic and 3 km 18-hole golf course at Les Ajoncs d'Or. There is a beautiful family atmosphere in Beauregard that you will not be able to forget!
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160X200) with adjoining private shower room (shower, sink, wc), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with adjoining private bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate toilet, laundry room/storage. Floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms. The first contains 2 single beds 100x190, it gives access to the bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet as well as access to the back bedroom: 1 double bed. in 140X190. Private tiled terrace of 20 m² facing South without any opposite overlooking the Valley and the field of the donkey and the pony and strip of private garden of 225 m². Separate entrance into the gite via backyard or front terrace. Large car park common to all the gîtes on the site and closed. Bay of St-Brieuc
Located between Armor and Argoat, between the land and the sea, Saint-Brieuc is the capital of the Côtes d'Armor department.
The town is an unmissable crossroads among the attractions of northern Britanny-Paimpol and the isle of Bréhat, Fréhel cape,all the small, colourful towns and villages in the back-country such as Pontrieux, Quintin, Moncontour and the artistic and historical centre of Dinan.
The three valleys (Gouédic, Gouët and Douvenant), give a rhythmic structure to the town. The environment is privileged, opening onto the remarkable bay - which has the fifth highest tides in the world.
The bay has many paths and pathways, and many more detours from the beaten tracks where walkers can discover the back country of this fascinating spot. Walking through the bushy countryside you'll discover a new view and pleasure - just take your time, nobody here is in a hurry, and you'll find some of the surprises we have waiting for you!

très bon accueil de la propriétaire ,souriante ,disponible ,à notre écoute ,si nous allons de nouveau dans la région ,nous irons avec grand plaisir à Beauregard ,nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour .gite bien conçu ,propre ,avec un agencement très bien pensé . bravo à Anne-Claire et à son équipe .

Excellent séjour au sein du gîte La Fontaine ! Comme d'habitude, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour accueillir ses hôtes. Nous avons apprécié le cadre propice à la détente et le gîte très lumineux. Je recommande vivement.
