Description
Situated 3 km away from the shops in Plounevez-Moedec, 23 km away from Guingamp and Lannion, 31 km away from Morlaix.
Independent former farm, renovated in 2004, situated in green surrounding, with private lane to the river (vallee du Leguer). GR ( foothpath nearby. Ground floor : living room with kitchen corner and lounge area (stone-fireplace), shower room, toilet. First floor : 1 dble bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, toilet. Beds made at arrival. Courtyard, terrace (65 sq m),lawn (500 sqm ).

Gite situé au calme , bien pour une famille avec deux enfants . Nous avons regretté cependant que le propriétaire passe tous les deux jours. D où la note de 1 en accueil propriétaire.

Je suis très surprise de la note attribuée à l'accueil propriétaire car les quelques passages effectuées dans la propriété, à l'extérieur, et précisément dans un hangar situé à une centaine de mètres du gîte, n'étaient pas du tout insistants. Je me permets cependant de souligner une marque d'attention du propriétaire concernant la mise à disposition, spontanément, d'une petite chaise haute bébé alors que le gite n'est pas classé avec équipement bébé. Je suis tout de même ravie que vous ayez apprécié la situation du gîte. Cordialement

Very nice located house and, to our surprise, with a cat! We love cats, no problem, but perhaps not everybody who chooses this house unknowingly will appreciate its presence. Quiet location for those who love it, but any sightseeing locations are circa 30 or more minutes by car.
