Gite near the owners' house and another gite, not overlooked and on a landscaped garden of 5000 m². You will enjoy relaxing on the terrace enjoying a lovely view of the garden. On the border of Côtes d'Armor and Finistère, this gîte is an ideal base for exploring the entire coast and getting away from it all on the hiking trails. Fishing enthusiasts will indulge their passion on the Natura 2000 listed pond just 1 km away. 15 km from the beaches of Plestin-Les-Grèves and Locquirec. 3.2 km from the town of Plouégat-Moysan, 4.5 km from the town of Plounérin, 7 km from the village of Guerlesquin and 12 km from Plouaret.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room (flat screen TV-DVD player), fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), shower room with wc. Mezzanine bedroom upstairs with 1 bed 90x190. Clothes dryer shared with the owner and another gite. Private terrace of 10 m² and garden of 200 m². Welcome basket offered on arrival. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.
