Ideal rental for your holidays 2 km from the sea, gite completely renovated with taste, located in a cul-de-sac 200 m from the town of Plougrescant and its shops. You will appreciate the enclosed garden where you can enjoy the sun all day. The first thing to do during your visit to Plougrescant is to go for a walk on the Gouffre site! Remarkable site with the GR34 which passes along its coasts, many hikers like to stop there. For heritage and restaurants Tréguier, a small town of character is only 8.5 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: Entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room, separate toilet with washbasin and access to the garage serving as a laundry room and room for storing bicycles and nautical equipment ( windsurf boards, paddle boards, etc.). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 140x190 beds and 1 90x190 bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Large enclosed courtyard of 140 m² at the front of the gite, which can park two cars and at the back, the relaxation garden, enclosed of 350 m² with wooden terrace of 30 m². A ping-pong table is available just for you, for the pleasure of organizing small competitions with family or friends.

Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.
