Description
Successful renovation for this large neo-Breton house with granite facade which contrasts pleasantly with the furniture and contemporary decoration. Adjoining: 2 cellars and, in continuity, the owners' house, but not overlooked. From there: you can easily reach the center of Ploufragan (all shops) 1.5 km away. If you like hiking, then you will appreciate the walks on the hilly paths along the Plan d'eau du Gouët (fishing possible) and on the St Barthémy dam 3 km away. Total change of scenery by discovering the site of the chaos of Gouëtà 11 km. 10 km from the beautiful family beach of Rosaires in Plérin and 16 km from the pretty little port of Binic, lively all year round.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: well-equipped fitted kitchen communicating with summer living room opening onto the terrace at the back, very spacious living room, separate toilets. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed) (1 140x190 bed) (2 single beds), large bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet. Private entrance and parking. Lawn closed in front and on the back (400 m²). Wooden terrace exposed North-West with palisade.

Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Bonjour, Le gîte occupé est très spacieux avec un mobilier de qualité et des équipements ad hoc. Excellent double vitrage, salle de bain récente et deux toilettes ( rdc et étage) Wifi et grand téléviseur sont présents. Quelques critiques néanmoins. La salle de bain ne possède pas de chauffage d'appoint car en absence de chauffage par radiateur (il faisait 17 degrés en fin de séjour), il fait un peu frais en sortant de la douche. Le couchage est de bonne qualité et nous avons très bien dormi, mais dans les chambres en l'absence de chaises, il était difficile de poser nos affaires et vêtements avant de se coucher. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à choisir ce gîte si nous revenons. Point positif, stationnement dans la propriété et une très belle terrasse lorsqu'il ne pleut pas en Bretagne....lol

Une très belle maison confortable et agréable . La propriétaire est très agréable et accueillante. La maison est très propre et bien rénovée . Je recommande les yeux fermés !
