On a very pretty landscaped and flowered property of 1700 m², this charming local stone house will be a pleasant vacation spot to discover the Côte de Goëlo. The house offers beautiful volumes and its layout recalls the spirit of a family home where you take the time to rest... the garden really invites you to recharge your batteries and relax... Set back from the village (2.7 km) , you will find all the local shops there. Want some sea air? the 1st beach of Porz Pin, a pebble and sand beach is located on the cliff road just 1.2 km away: the GR34 passes there and it is an ideal beach for fishing on foot. Port Lazo beach is 5 km away, the pretty Bréhec beach 2 km away. 10.5 km from Paimpol, city of the Icelanders with its lively marina all year round.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: pleasant veranda communicating with the kitchen (well equipped, nexpresso coffee maker) down 2 steps, living room, small bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine with (1 90x190 bed), 1 bedroom (2 90x190 beds) communicating directly with the bathroom (bathtub and wc) from where by going down 5 steps you will also access the master bedroom (1 140x190 bed): this room also has a private access by an outside staircase. 70 m² terrace with garden furniture and landscaped grounds of 1700m². Adjoining a yearly rental, but not overlooked.

Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Le gîte est bien situé, dans un charmant hameau, plage et sentiers de randonnée accessibles à pied. La maison est confortable, avec une véranda très agréable ouvrant sur un magnifique jardin.

Un gîte confortable vraiment fait pour les vacances. Un jardin magnifique très bien entretenu tout comme le gîte. Dès le matin que vous prenez le café sur la terrasse ou dans la véranda, vous vous sentez très bien. La Bretagne est juste magnifique par n'importe quel temps. Les proprios sont d'une gentillesse extrême. Nous pouvons que recommander ce gîte. Pour ceux qui hésitent encore, un seul mot à vous dire : FONCEZ
