Description
On their property, Edith and her son Yann will be pleased to welcome you to this former outbuilding, which has been entirely renovated with attention to space, aesthetics, architecture, comfort and also ecology. Horses in the meadow can also be accommodated (L'équibreizh passes at the edge of the field). The owner will gladly share her passion for plants and animals (pigs, chickens, etc.). In this preserved and unpaved nature, plan your boots in the wet season. Plouezec reveals many faces over its villages, its coves, its cliffs, its points, its small ports, its mill... so many places where it is good to get lost on foot or by bike. The GR34 is not far from the house and promises you great discoveries with a landscape that changes with the tides. Further on you will discover Paimpol (10 km): its bay, its port, its steam train, the Ile de Bréhat but also the pretty little inland towns of character such as Pontrieux (22 km).
Your vacation rental includes upstairs: a living room with large kitchen area, a large bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with private bathroom (bath and basin), separate toilet with washbasin, laundry/storage area. Tiled terrace of 14 m² at the height of the first floor overlooking the living room, unfenced land of 500 m² with both gravelled courtyard and garden lawn. Adjoining bowling green. Large unclosed garage at the back of the gîte for car/motorcycle shelter but also bicycles, paddle, trailer, boat,... Parking on property.

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Édith et François sont adorables Pour l'accueil elle n'était pas la pour raison familiale mais elle s'est présentée aprè et s'etait sympas. Beau séjour, je reviendrai car on s'y sent bien. Je l'ai recommandé à ma fille pour Septembre Merci encore

Très belle location dans un environnement exceptionnel. Superbe randonnée à faire au départ du gîte. Gîte bien situé pour faire des visites dans les villes au alentour.

Gîte très agréable, propriétaire sympathique, le côté négatif c'est l'environnement du gîte, propriété des propriétaires entourant le gîte très mal entretenue, toute sorte de matériel agricole plus ou moins abandonné, espaces verts pas entretenus.

Le gite la Grange est à l’écart de la ferme mais bien sur on voit le matériel agricole qui n'est pas abandonné mais en effet vieux. La ferme est en agriculture biologique et a bientôt 70 ans. Nous ne renouvelons pas le matériel ; nous sommes désolés que cela ait pu déranger nos hôtes. Nous ne passons la tondeuse que tous les 15 jours pour les insectes butineurs car nous avons des petites marguerites et des fleurs de trèfle. De plus, un arrêté municipal nous interdit de tailler les haies jusqu'en août.
