You will have the pleasure of living to the rhythm of the tides, of enjoying a superb sea view from the living room over this pretty little port which also welcomes fishermen and yachtsmen! The setting is relaxing, the interior fittings comfortable and pleasant! Whatever the season, you will appreciate this address for its proximity to the coast and the GR34 which borders it: hikers will be delighted! If you prefer the largest stretches of beach, you can easily reach Boulgueff beach at the edge of Paimpol, sheltered from the easterly winds and also appreciated for its shore fishing at low tide. 2 km from the shops, 9 km from Paimpol and 15 km from the pier for the Ile de Bréhat: an excursion to plan absolutely during your stay for an unforgettable break.
Your vacation rental includes on the raised ground floor: living room with superb sea view, well-equipped fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with dressing closet (1 bed 160x200) with its adjoining private bathroom (shower), separate toilet and another small bathroom (shower and washbasin). Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with sea view (2 90x190 beds). At the entrance to the apartment, small landing with garden furniture table. 1 parking space in private car park. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Même si la météo n était pas formidable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans 1 gîte avec une vue magnifique et une propriétaire accueillante disponible.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den kleinen Hafen mit den Booten. Es gab eine sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit. Leider gab es nur die Möglichkeit auf einer winzigen Fläche vor der Eingangstür draußen zu sitzen (1.Etage). Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war recht ordentlich. Während des Aufenthaltes haben wir folgendes festgestellt: Ledersofa in die Jahre gekommen und geflickt, Kochgeschirr teilweise nicht für Induktionsherd geeignet, Bettwäsche in die Jahre gekommen und in äußerst zerknitterten Zustand, ein Abfluss im Masterbad verstopft, nach unserer Information der Mieterin kam die Antwort, das Problem ist bekannt, das haben die Vormieter verursacht und die Beseitigung wird nach unserer Abfahrt erfolgen. Die Fenster hätten sauberer sein können. Die Küchenfenster haben wir zwischendurch selbst geputzt.

Bonjour, je ne suis pas étonnée de ce commentaire car Mr s'est montré très antipathique dès l'arrivée. Il n'a pas répondu à mon "bonjour" et m'a tout de suite agressée car déçu et mécontent de sa réservation, surtout du fait qu'il n' y ait pas de terrasse côté mer. Notez qu'en lisant l'annonce, c'est précisé. Ensuite il y a eu la réclamation de serviettes de toilette, qui n'apparaissait pas dans la réservation. Je les ai cependant mises à disposition, moyennant le montant de la location soit 5 euros par personne. Les fenêtres sont nettoyées entre chaque locataire. Nous sommes en bord de mer et elles se salissent rapidement à cause des embruns. Le fait qu'ils aient eu à les nettoyer au cours de leur séjour ne m'étonne pas (15 jours). Ils n'ont pas pris l'option ménage en fin de séjour, cependant nous avons retrouvé le gîte dans un état très sale. Ils auraient dû le faire. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont adaptés à la cuisson à induction. Ils n'ont pas su les utiliser alors que les modes d'emploi sont mis à disposition. Et surtout ne m'ont pas du tout demandé de l'aide concernant l'utilisation. Dernière chose, je les ai contactés avant leur départ pour connaître l'heure. Lorsque je me suis présentée à l'heure qu'ils m'ont donné, ils étaient déjà partis. C'est dommage qu'ils n'aient pas eu le courage d'échanger avec moi. Je ne recommanderais pas ces locataires et ne souhaite pas qu'ils reviennent.
