You will be seduced by this independent house, tastefully decorated, built in 2008, very comfortable, with a small unobstructed view of the sea. Ideally located gîte, 1.5 km from the fine sandy beach and the sailing school de Bréhec, 3 km from the town of Plouezec and its shops. Paimpol and its port 9 km away, pier for the Ile de Bréhat 12 km away. Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the hiking trails.

Entirely pedestrianised, the Ile de Bréhat is the promise of time recaptured :. breathe the scent of spring flowers, smell the sea air, admire the landscape that unfolds to the rhythm of your walk, listen carefully and you'll hear bicycle bells in the distance. Enjoy a sheltered cove for a swim. Bréhat is an island full of surprises where flowers and pink granite rocks await you. Paimpol, famous with its white coco de Paimpol beans, particularly appreciated all over the world in fine food, and its Sea shanty Festival with more than 200 traditional vessels, every two years, in the middle of August, is also a fishing harbor, famous in the past with the cod fishing in Iceland.

Gîte proche du neuf, grand terrain, au calme et à proximité de plage (3 minutes en voiture) et du centre de Plouezec (boulangerie, pharmacie et supermarché). Propriétaire très accueillant et réactif.

Aidés par une météo qui convenait tout à fait à notre activité principale (la rando) ; nous avons aussi eu la chance de séjourner dans un gîte conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre d'une agréable location. Nous garderons , de plus, le souvenir d'un propriétaire très accueillant, faisant confiance à ses locataires. En bref, ce fut un excellent séjour.
