This gîte renovated with great taste and a lot of heart by its owners will offer you a warm atmosphere where the seaside is never far away. You can enjoy all the comfort of a private heated relaxation area with its hot stone sauna and its large six-seater spa with integrated audio and light therapy. Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, the gîte is 15 minutes from the magnificent and famous pink granite coast and 3 km from the Leguer valley and the Château de Tonquédec. Passionate about sport and nature, you will not be disappointed by all the possibilities offered by the surroundings. Mountain bikers, windsurfers, motorcyclists... the gîte offers you all the comfort to store and clean your equipment.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, double sink and SAUNA, a room dedicated to the SPA Jacuzzi, a WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 180X200) (3 single beds 90X200) and a relaxation landing with games and reading. Independent, this gite has a 35 m² terrace, a 200 m² courtyard and a 1000 m² garden, all freshly enclosed and planted with trees. A carport awaits your vehicle and a storage chalet awaits your bicycles, motorcycles, roof box, boards, fishing rods... In summary: a certain comfort coupled with an undeniable charm.

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.
