Description
In a very beautiful building of character, this vacation rental is adjoining the owner's second home. Located in the tranquility of the southern countryside of Ploubezre, at the gates of the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose and only 11 km from the sea and the beaches. In a country of streams and hills in the heart of the Léguer Valley, you will only walk 7 km to reach Lannion, Capital of Trégor. Nearby, the Castles of Kergrist and Tonquédec are to be discovered.
Your holiday rental entirely on one level, includes a large living room with flat screen TV and USB key (ideal for your films) and decorative fireplace in Granite du Pays. Fully equipped kitchen area (Senseo coffee maker and its pods, in addition to the classic coffee maker). 1 bedroom for 2 people opening onto the terrace with 1 140X190 bed made on arrival, (sheets and duvet cover provided), Shower room (walk-in shower, wc), towels provided. Wooden terrace of 32 m², west facing, with barbecue and 2 sunbathing beds, gravelled courtyard and parking space for 2 cars. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

The house itself was good and charming. It lies in a small hamlet with very very friendly neighbors. Contact with the owner was also good. All in all the Holliday was very good except the way of cleaning. We arrived on time and had time to clean ourselves because the house was very dirty. If you arrive here late after a long day of travel then it is not good to have to clean first. We left the house cleaner then as we found it so that speaks for itself! And then to think that we even choose in advance to pay the 50E for cleaning :-( I discussed this with the owner as well because the filth was not from only one or two guest before. Nevertheless the house is good and friendly people all over the place.

Gîte paisible et bien équipé le tout à proximité de lieux très agréables. Idéal pour ceux qui recherche le calme et le dépaysement. Le propriétaire des lieux est à l'écoute et sait se faire discret.
