Adjoining gite 120519. Spacious gite, located 160 m from a cattle farm, 4 km from the town and shops of Ploubezre, 8 km from Lannion (capital of Trégor). You can discover the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose and the seaside resort of Perros Guirec 18 km away.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen area, living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with shower, for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 160 cm bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds + 1 90 cm bed, bathroom with bathtub. Wood stove & electric heaters. Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Endroit calme et reposant propriétaire très agréable à l écoute et présent en cas de besoin. Gite confortable et spacieux Ce qui est un peu regrettable c'est que le gîte est trop éloigné des plages et pas de jeux pour enfants. Sinon pour ceux qui aiment les randonnées et faire des balades en vélo ou simplement être tranquille loin du bruit et souhaitent ce reposer n hésitez pas. Merci pour ces bonnes vacances

Merci pour vos bonnes appréciations concernant le confort, l’espace du gîte et notre accueil et disponibilité. C’est en effet un gîte campagnard au calme, à une quinzaine de kilomètres des plages, qui offre la possibilité de recevoir des personnes en situation d’handicap. Ce sont quelques points positifs que beaucoup de nos clients apprécient.
