Adjoining the owners' house and gîte 120520, located 150 m from a cattle farm, Ker Toud is a spacious gîte in an old barn. Located 4 km from the town and shops of Ploubezre, 8 km from Lannion (capital of Trégor) you can discover the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose and the seaside resort of Perros Guirec at 18 km.
Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: large combined kitchen / dining / living area. Upstairs (1 bedroom with 140 cm bedding) (1 bedroom with 90 cm bedding) bathroom with bathtub. Wood stove & electric heaters. Sunny terrace to the south, large garden on the north side. Television (French-English channels).

Pink Granite Coast
The dramatic Côte de Granit Rose is a "beauty and beast" landscape of pale beaches embraced by colossal lumps of blushed granite. Between these towering, monolithic stacks, Disneyesque villas, with turrets, spires and painted shutters, are framed by pines and hydrangea.
Perros-Guirec, with its marina and two immaculate beaches - Trestrignel and Trestraou - is the best attraction of Côtes d'Armor and the most frequented beach resorts in northern Brittany.
Boat trips to the Sept-Îles (an amazing bird sanctuary where the sight of the seabirds that meet you on arrival at the main island is really impressive) contribute to its popularity. And just around are the delightfully mysterious bays of Ploumanac'h and Trégastel. Enjoy invigorating coastal walks along marked footpaths and absorb the spectacular views or just relax on one of the lovely sandy beaches.

Trois défauts ont gâché notre séjour: - l’accès aux lit 2 personnes est semé d’embûches, il faut être très habile pour ne pas se cogner, - dans la salle de douche il n’y a qu’un tout petit miroir mal placé du point de vue d’éclairage, - pas de mitigeur au lavabo, il y a un robinet d’eau froide et un autre d’eau chaude, compliqué si vous ne voulez pas d’eau glaciale ou bouillante. C’est dommage car l’emplacement du gîte est au calme, la vraie campagne, le hôte est très sympa, c’est propre, mais on a payé 180 € pour 2 nuits, et ne pas avoir de glace, de mitigeur, se cogner soit la tête contre la poutre si on oublie de se plier en deux, soit les genoux, fait que le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas excellent.

Merci à vous d’avoir apprécié l’accueil qui vous a été réservé et la propreté du gite à laquelle nous accordons une grande importance. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez mal supporté la problématique inhérente à une rénovation d’une bâtisse Bretonne. Nos nombreux hôtes en ont apprécié le charme et ne sont jamais plaint du manque de confort, ainsi la hauteur des poutres qui est bien visible sur les photos affichées sur le site. Ils trouvent même que la robinetterie style rétro ajoute un certain charme. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de place pour un grand miroir dans la salle de douche mais il y en a un dans la chambre, bien éclairé.

Agreable sejour d'une semaine à trois. Tres bonne situation pour découvrir ce secteur des côtes d armor. Logement propre bien agencé et équipé. Calme et tranquillité dans ce petit hameau. Bon accueil et discrétion du propriétaire. Petite remarque formulée sur l absence de rideau occultant pour la chambre parentale. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.
