Description
Holiday house completely renovated with taste, 300 m from the village with its shops, a real postcard! The former fishing village of Loguivy-de-la-Mer has lost none of its charm! Open your eyes wide ! From the Pointe de l'Arcouest, pier for Bréhat, the view of the bay and the surrounding islands is breathtaking. A few distances to better locate you: The Port of Loguivy at 500 m, 6 km from the tip of Arcouest… direction the Ile de Bréhat, also called the Island of flowers and Paimpol at 5.5 km. Nearby, hiking in the footsteps of Icelandic fishermen (GR34).
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen with island table and living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with large storage, 1 160x200 bed and in the garden, the owners have created different terraces and small wooden walkways to access another bedroom in the annex (without sanitary facilities) with 2 beds of 80x190. Laundry room with washing machine. Pretty well-appointed private garden with 3 wooden terraces with a view of Ile à Bois and the Bréhat archipelago. Go to the beach on foot via Rue du roc'h Hir, it will take you 2 minutes. Your small pet dog is welcome.

Charmant petit gite bien équipé et décoré avec goût pour une ambiance cocooning très chaleureuse. Il dispose d'un jardin clos aménagé. Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Loguivy est vraiment un petit port charmant, même au mois de janvier. Beaucoup de ballades à faire dans les alentours, Paimpol et Bréhat sont aussi tout proches.

gîte agréable superbement décoré , literies confortables quasi au pied de l'eau belles balades avec un temps correct pour une fin octobre. nous reviendrons avec plaisir merci à Patricia et sa belle fille.
